Madrid, September 30, 2018.- Juan Miguel Carreño has been named director of Business Development for Logalty Mexico, a pioneer in offering electronic communications and contracting solutions with evidence by interposition in online transactions. Carreño will lead the company’s project in Mexico, a market for which Logalty has made an important commitment by opening its own office in the country.
Logalty, whose main shareholder is INFORMA D&B, acts as an Interposed Trusted Third Part, intervening between the parties on an electronic contract or notification, to guarantee and keep the transactions safe, unalterable, and with full probative value in a neutral and independent way.
In 2017, its results increased significantly: sales grew 26% to 10 million euros and after-tax profits totaled 1.5 million euros, 552% more than in 2016. The company started its internationalization plan in 2015 with the opening of an office in Lisbon.
Juan Miguel Carreño received a Bachelor´s in Engineering, has more than 18 years of experience in some of the main European and American technology consultancies, with a dual role of business development and international compliance in technological environments. Throughout his career he has worked for several enterprises, such as Indra, Everis, Cap Gemini, M> Consulting or Europa MC (currently ATOS), reaching executive positions and serving projects for others, such as Banco Santander, BBVA, BBVA Seguros, Banco Azteca, Banco Banorte or Telefonica among others, in different countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Guatemala, and the United States.
